Adelanto has successfully attracted some of the nation’s largest and most respected homebuilders, including D.R. Horton, Frontier Communities, K. Hovnanian Homes, and KB Homes. Together, these developers have already built 763 single-family residences in the City, with an additional 200 homes currently under construction.

D.R. Horton alone has constructed 361 homes since 2018. Within the next 24 months, Adelanto anticipates the construction of 600 more single-family homes across seven different tracts, led by United Engineering Group and Beau Cooper. This robust residential growth reflects strong developer confidence in the City’s leadership and vision, even as broader market conditions pose challenges for housing development.
